- Tagging and categorizing content to ensure accurate metadata
- Entering data into our systems to maintain up-to-date and accurate records
- Collaborating with the engineering team to build and improve the Open Connect control plane
- Working with cloud microservices, systems for live streaming, and services critical to cloud video games
- Optimizing hardware utilization using load-balancing algorithms
