**Job Summary**
As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering high-volume inbound calls and providing written communication for all lines of business
* Processing transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, and products
* Utilizing multiple computer applications to manage claims and customer information
* Participating in department initiatives and goals to drive business growth and improvement
* Maintaining customer service metrics on call volume, quality of call, and attendance
**Responsibilities**
* Answer high incoming call volume and provide written communication for all lines of business for policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts
* Process transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, and products
* Use multiple computer applications to manage claims and customer information
* Actively participate in department initiatives and goals to drive business growth and improvement
* Maintain customer service metrics on call volume, quality of call, and attendance
**Ideal Candidate**
* 2+ years of customer call center experience working with liability or auto claims
* Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a metric-driven environment
* Proven track record of attendance and punctuality
* Ability to adapt to change
* Bilingual Spanish a plus!
* Excellent written and communication skills
