**Responsibilities**
As a Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
* Utilizing your excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences.
* Staying up-to-date with the latest products and services, adapting to changes, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced work environment.
**Qualifications**
To succeed as a Chat Specialist, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in using a computer, navigating software applications, and utilizing a webcam, microphone, and external mouse.
* Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus.
* Positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment.
* Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
* Live within the state of Texas.
* Have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position.
* Be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
* Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
