Requirements and Qualifications

- Able to provide own personal headset that is either a USB plugin or corded, and acceptable internet access must be wired, where an Ethernet cable is connected to the computer and router and mouse.
- Effective keyboarding and computer skills, with the ability to type at least 35 wpm minimum, and strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to achieve quality work performance.
- Fluent in Spanish, with excellent language skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak Spanish as their primary language.
