**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with clients, resolving issues, and providing personalized support. You'll work in a busy call center environment, handling a high volume of calls daily, and be responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex's products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized support via phone, email, and chat
* Utilize arenaflex's systems and procedures to efficiently manage customer interactions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
* Provide product and service information, answer questions, and address customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Requirements**
* Bilingual Spanish/English (written and verbal) required
* Prior experience working in a fast-paced, busy call center environment
* Background in healthcare and/or medical insurance preferred
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer programs and monitors with ease
* Professional verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to commit to a set schedule and remain focused during working hours
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Familiarity with healthcare and insurance industry terminology
* Certification in customer service or a related field
