**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Airbnb Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our guest relations and operations support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. **Key Responsibilities**
As an Airbnb Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional support to our guests, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Leveraging AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to provide comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and values
* Screening potential guests and providing support to resolve issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott
* Communicating and escalating issues to management via Slack
* Achieving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status
* Writing and responding to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms
* Reporting maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
* Reporting and submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
* Building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor
* Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist the onboard of accounting systems
* Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
* Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and grammar skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities
* Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus
* Familiarity with AI tools, such as ChatGPT
* Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
* Availability to work in CST and Eastern United States time zones
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
* Working knowledge of business financials/accounting
* Experience with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield
