Job Description:
• Provide enterprise-wide leadership for asset protection strategy, analytics, and operational execution across CVS Health.
• Design, implement, and own end-to-end asset protection strategies and enterprise programs.
• Analyze shrink, theft, and fraud trends to identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Provide cross-functional leadership on high-priority, enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Build alignment and influence with Vice Presidents and senior leaders.
• Partner with business leaders to identify vulnerabilities and develop scalable mitigation strategies.
• Educate, engage, and enable colleagues at all levels of the organization in enterprise asset protection strategies.
• Attract, develop, coach, retain, and promote top talent within Asset Protection and across the broader enterprise.
• Act as a primary business partner to Executive Directors and senior leaders supporting Pharmacy and Front Store Operations.
Requirements:
• 12+ years of progressive experience in asset protection, loss prevention, operations, strategy, analytics, or related leadership roles within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to design and execute large-scale, multi-year enterprise strategies from concept through delivery, sustainment, and measurable financial results.
• Strong business intelligence, analytical, and financial acumen, with the ability to translate insights into executive-level decisions.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills across highly matrixed environments.
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced, high-risk operational settings.
• Demonstrated growth mindset with a strong track record of developing leaders and building high-performing teams.
• Working knowledge of AI, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies applied to security, fraud prevention, and retail operations.
• Strong understanding of store operations, supply chain, and distribution center environments, including field execution challenges.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
