1. Email & Inbox Management
• Monitor and organize CEO inbox
Flag time-sensitive emails, client inquiries, and partnership opportunities
• Draft responses for review based on CEO’s tone
• Identify potential leads or business opportunities
• Create a daily summary digest of important messages
2. Networking Relationship Management - The CEO participates in multiple professional networking groups and meets 2–3 new contacts per week.
Responsibilities include:
• Maintaining a relationship tracker
• Reviewing LinkedIn connections of new contacts
• Identifying potential second-degree connections for introductions
• Drafting introduction requests
• Tracking follow-ups and outcomes
3. LinkedIn Engagement & Relationship Building
• Review incoming connection requests
• Draft connection messages for approval
• Respond to comments on company LinkedIn posts where appropriate
• Engage with relevant industry posts
• Track key industry contacts, partners, and prospects
4. CRM Support (Zoho CRM)
• Ensure contacts from email or LinkedIn are logged in CRM
• Review existing CRM workflows and identify gaps
• Maintain simple pipeline tracking
• Generate a weekly summary of new contacts and follow-ups
5. Research & Pre-Meeting Preparation
• Prepare short briefing notes for meetings
• Research companies and contacts prior to calls
• Identify relevant industry updates or partnership opportunities
6. Administrative & Executive Support
• Coordinate meeting scheduling
• Track tasks and follow-ups
• Maintain simple documentation and trackers
• Help ensure commitments and follow-ups are completed
