Currently hiring an experienced Event Planning Coordinator on a temporary to permanent basis - FULLY remote who resides in the West Coast. Will be ensuring that commitments are met on-schedule and within budget for the various events including webinars, seminars and conferences. Monday thru Friday, hours 8:30-5:00 but must be able to work overtime.
• Maintaining consistent communication with sales representatives and internal employees throughout the meeting planning process
• Coordinating onsite and virtual meetings
• Handle daily phone and email support up to and including communication with sales representatives and faculty
• Running various reports
• Setting up virtual credit cards for dinner meetings
• Ability to handle a high call and program volume
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be available to work flexible schedules and/or extended hours to meet clients’ business needs
• Must have 2 years’ experience in field or related area working with corporate events
