📊 ¿Cuál será tu misión?
Serás responsable de la obtención, automatización y análisis de datos clave para el negocio hogar, con un enfoque especial en captación y comportamiento de clientes nuevos, contribuyendo directamente a la toma de decisiones tanto estratégicas como operativas.
🔍 Tus principales responsabilidades incluyen:
• Participar en la elaboración del presupuesto y los forecasts del negocio.
• Desarrollar pronósticos de ventas, actividad comercial e ingresos para apoyar al equipo comercial.
• Generar informes comerciales, financieros y económicos, tanto estándar como personalizados, para distintas áreas y líderes.
• Crear nuevas soluciones de Business Intelligence, automatizaciones y optimización de estructuras de datos (cubos, SQL, Power BI, etc.) en conjunto con Data Mining.
• Analizar y monitorear clientes actuales y potenciales, impulsando oportunidades de cross y up sell.
• Identificar tendencias y comportamientos del negocio que permitan diseñar estrategias para el llenado eficiente de la red.
🎓 Perfil que buscamos:
• Graduado en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Economía o afines.
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en roles similares.
• Dominio de Excel avanzado y Análisis de Datos.
• Conocimientos deseables en SQL y Power BI (si dominas SQL tienes un plus importante 😉).
