Job Title: Ergonomic Consultant (PT, Kinesiologist, EHS, or CEA) Company: ErgonomicWorks Location: Multiple California Locations (Local Applicants Only) Pay: $200.00 per project ($600.00 - $800.00 potential per day) Job Type: Part-time, 1099 Independent Contractor About the Role ErgonomicWorks is a premier Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) providing high-level workplace safety and risk management solutions. We are currently expanding our network of Certified Ergonomic Consultants, Physical Therapists, and Kinesiologists to perform premium ergonomic assessments across California. We are looking for technical experts with a clinical or safety background who excel at "before and after" transformations and can deliver high-standard, data-driven reports on a strict timeline. Ideal Candidate Backgrounds This role is perfect for professionals in the following fields looking for flexible, project-based contract work: • Physical Therapists (PT/DPT) or Occupational Therapists (OT) • Kinesiologists & Exercise Physiologists • EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) Specialists • Certified Ergonomists (CEA, CPE, COEE) Specific Service Regions Candidates must reside within 10–20 miles of the city center for the following hubs: • Northern CA: Redding, Susanville, Oroville, Arcata, Crescent City • Central CA: Dixon, Salinas, Bishop • Southern CA: San Luis Obispo, Santa Ana, San Diego, Escondido, Victorville, Palm Desert, Visalia The ErgonomicWorks Compensation Model • Status: 1099 Independent Contractor. • Flat Fee: $200.00 per completed project. • All-Inclusive: This fee covers the on-site evaluation, technical report, and all travel/mileage. No additional reimbursements are provided. Key Responsibilities & Performance Timelines • Prompt Scheduling: Contact the assigned employee within 48 hours. • On-Site Execution: Complete the evaluation within 5 business days. • Technical Reporting: Submit high-quality reports using our proprietary template (including measurements and "Before/After" photography) within 4 days of the visit. Required Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required). Master’s or Doctorate in PT, OT, or Kinesiology is a plus. • Certification: CEA (Certified Ergonomic Associate) is highly preferred. We also accept CPE, CAE, or COEE. • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in ergonomic evaluations, injury prevention, or occupational health. • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Cal-OSHA Title 8 Section 5110 standards. • Communication: Mastery of technical, professional writing and English proficiency. • Logistics: Reliable transportation and strict punctuality are non-negotiable.
