Job Title: Associate Staff Accountant Preparing and analyzing daily fuel payouts to multiple vendors. Preparing a weekly fuel summary by vendors... Preparing invoices for shuttle and commissary vendors Preparing monthly reports for A/R aging and reviewing the cross-dock distribution business transactions. Perform other ad hoc projects as requested by management. Knowledge of accounting that includes spreadsheet preparation. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Prepare monthly account reconciliation in Certification. Review open A/R and identify and research the variances. Collaborating with multiple business users daily for invoicing approval & processing. Provide detailed insights on key analytics & reports to drive improvements through the supply chain Requirements Bachelors degree in accounting from an accredited college. An understanding of accounting procedure, accounting concepts and internal control processes in general accounting. Knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel and word) required. Good analytical and problem-solving skills are needed. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Self-starter and work with minimum supervision.
