SICE Inc. is currently hiring Entry-Level Electricians and Laborers to support infrastructure and transportation projects across the Philadelphia area. Assist journeyman electricians in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems
Perform general labor duties including trenching, pulling cable, and site clean-up
Support infrastructure installation projects for tolling, traffic signals, and fiber optics
Load and unload materials and tools
Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision
Follow safety guidelines and participate in toolbox talks
High school diploma or equivalent
No prior electrical experience required (on-the-job training provided)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
Ability to work in outdoor environments and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Ideal for recent graduates or individuals entering the skilled trades
Learn foundational skills in electrical work and structured cabling
Pathway to journeyman or technician roles through internal promotion and training
Hands-on experience in high-impact public infrastructure projects
Field-based with active project sites throughout Philadelphia and surrounding counties
