Entry Level Driver Recruiter

D.M. Bowman, Inc. is seeking an entry level recruiter. We are a family-owned company that prides itself on providing a great work environment. Driver Recruiters are responsible for identifying, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring exceptional driving associates to exceed our growth and safety goals. Essential Job Functions: • Contact driver applicants from an electronic database. • Screen, qualify and interview applicants to fill existing openings. • Must be comfortable with managing a multi-line phone system to make/receive inbound and outbound calls. • Request, review, and understand MVRs and DAC Reports as they pertain to disqualifications. • Maintain knowledge of current pay packages and effectively communicate package structure to potential employees. • Professionally represent D.M.
