We are looking for an Email Design Wizard to join our team on a freelance basis for 16+ hours per week.
What you’ll be doing:
• Designing high-converting emails in Figma (for Klaviyo flows & campaigns)
• Creating pop-ups and opt-ins that actually convert
• Working closely with copywriters, developers and implementation specialists
• Delivering clean, structured design files ready for development
• Meeting deadlines (and sometimes beating them)
What we're looking for:
• 2+ years of email design experience
• Fast, clean component-based design workflows
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
• Understanding of e-commerce, conversion and branding
• Figma feels like home
• Clear communication and proactive thinking
• Ability to design emails that feel like one cohesive design, not a stack of disconnected blocks
