Email Deliverability Expert Needed: Migrate Domain + Fix Spam Issues (Gmail, GoDaddy, Apollo)

We’re a small but growing business that relies on outbound email for lead generation. Right now, our emails are consistently landing in spam—even though we’ve implemented some basic authentication steps and have warmed up our inboxes. We’re looking to hire an email deliverability expert to fully resolve this issue. You’ll be responsible for switching our email domain in Gmail, updating DNS settings in GoDaddy, and syncing the changes across Apollo.io—with the end goal of improving deliverability and keeping our emails out of spam folders. Timeline: Ideally within 3–5 days You must have experience with: • Gmail (Google Workspace domain/email changes) • GoDaddy (DNS configuration, SPF, DKIM, DMARC setup) • Apollo.io (email integration + tracking domain setup) • Warming up new domains and improving sender reputation • Ensuring email compliance (DMARC, SPF, DKIM best practices) • Troubleshooting email deliverability issues across platforms What we need you to do: 1.
