The E-commerce Manager (Lazada, TikTok, Shopee) job role is as follows:
Main Objectives
• Drive high traffic to online stores and product pages.
• Maintain high store ratings through excellent operations and customer service.
• Build and manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
1. Online Store Operations
• Set up, manage, and continuously optimize store pages across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
• Ensure accurate and attractive product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, stock management).
• Monitor competitor stores to adjust pricing and campaigns for competitiveness.
• Track store performance metrics daily (traffic, conversion, sales, rating, return rate).
2. Marketing & Traffic Growth
• Plan and execute platform-specific marketing campaigns (Flash Sales, Mega Campaigns, Payday Sales, etc.).
• Optimize product visibility with SEO keywords, hashtags, and relevant categories.
• Manage advertising budgets for Lazada Sponsored Ads, Shopee Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and affiliate programs to increase reach.
• Ensure consistent use of promotions, vouchers, and bundling strategies to attract buyers.
3. TikTok Live & Video Content
• Plan TikTok content calendar (product reviews, unboxing, promotions, behind-the-scenes).
• Coordinate and chase livestreamers / KOLs / internal staff to go live regularly.
• Monitor live performance and adjust strategies to increase viewers and sales.
• Repurpose live content into short-form videos for TikTok feed, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live.
4. Customer Service & Store Rating
• Oversee timely responses to all customer inquiries and chats (within SLA).
• Ensure smooth order processing, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
• Manage return/refund cases in line with platform policies.
• Collect customer feedback to improve service and maintain store rating above 4.7 stars.
• Train and supervise support staff to ensure professional and fast replies.
5. Reporting & Analytics
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales, ads ROI, traffic, and rating reports.
• Identify gaps in performance and propose action plans.
• Forecast demand and coordinate with warehouse/stock teams to avoid OOS or oversupply.
6. Team & Vendor Management
• Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth delivery operations.
• Work closely with design/creative team for product images and promotional materials.
• Liaise with finance/admin for budgeting, campaign claims, and invoice tracking.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Store rating maintained at ≥ 4.7/5 across all platforms.
• Monthly traffic growth target (e.g., +20% MoM).
• Sales conversion rate ≥ industry benchmark (Shopee 3–5%, Lazada 2–4%, TikTok 5–8%).
• Timely response rate ≥ 95%.
• Order fulfillment accuracy ≥ 99%.
• Minimum number of TikTok live sessions per week (e.g., 3–5).
