The Eclipse Client Success Manager will focus on account management and client retention, serving as an escalation point for clients and collaborating with the Eclipse Client Service team to enhance client experience.
Responsibilities
- Your primary focus will be account management, with an emphasis on client retention for existing Eclipse clients and support of the existing Customer Success team
- As part of a cross-functional team (Eclipse Client Service), you will gain exposure to various aspects of client interactions, including project work and day-to-day customer support
- This role serves as an escalation point for clients throughout their product lifecycle
- Responsibilities include conducting check-in calls, managing account changes, and collaborating with the Eclipse Client Service team to ensure a positive platform experience
- You will act as the voice of the client, advocating for their needs internally
- You will receive training and are expected to develop strong, hands-on product expertise
- This position operates within a constantly evolving and complex ecosystem, offering significant opportunities to learn, grow, and deliver meaningful value to clients
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in financial services, client services, account management, or operations (internships included)
- Basic understanding of capital markets, hedge funds, and trade lifecycle processes (order entry, execution, allocation, settlement)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple client requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to delivering high-quality client service
- Familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS), trading platforms, or financial technology systems
