Business Credentialing Services, Inc. (BCS) is a fast-growing technology company in the insurance and risk management industries. They are seeking a Document Processor to assist with data entry and customer support, ensuring the accuracy of incoming documentation and providing feedback to clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in databases
- Review incoming documentation to verify pertinent information for our clients
- Send emails and make phone calls to provide feedback on the documents received
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Attend team meetings/phone calls
Skills
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to perform data entry tasks within our software platform quickly and accurately
- Intermediate computer literacy is required
- Bachelor's Degree required in any field
