Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated, people-focused Part-Time District Recruiter to support their growing network of agency owners. The role involves engaging with applicants for customer service and sales positions, as well as recruiting candidates for the Protege Program to develop future Farmers Insurance agents. Responsibilities Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups with applicants regarding open positions Screen candidates for customer service, sales, and entry-level insurance roles Schedule interviews and coordinate next steps with agency owners and district leadership Maintain accurate applicant records and notes in recruiting systems Learn and communicate career paths within Farmers Insurance, including the Protege Program Build positive relationships with applicants and represent the Farmers brand professionally Assist with general recruiting support and special projects as needed Skills Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email) Comfortable speaking with candidates and building rapport Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations at once Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Recruiting, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Company Overview The companies comprising the Farmers Insurance Group of Companies® currently make up one of the country's largest insurers of vehicles, homes and small businesses, and provide a wide range of other specialty insurance and financial services products.
