Role Overview
We’re looking for a Discord Lead to build, manage, and scale Comfrt’s Discord community into a highly engaged, brand-driven space. This role will own the strategy, structure, and day-to-day experience of our Discord server.
You’ll be responsible for driving engagement, moderating conversations, overseeing moderators' tasks and responsibilities, and creating a community that reflects Comfrt’s identity.
Key Responsibilities
Community Management- Oversee daily operations of the Discord server
- Moderate conversations to ensure a positive, inclusive environment
- Respond to community questions and feedback in a timely manner
Team Leadership- Recruit, train, and manage moderators
- Set guidelines, workflows, and escalation processes
- Ensure consistent tone and brand voice across the server
Strategy & Optimization- Track engagement metrics and community growth
- Continuously improve server structure, channels, and user experience
- Collaborate with marketing, social, and product teams
Qualifications- Proven experience managing or scaling a Discord community
- Strong understanding of internet culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with community moderation tools and bots
- Must be available to actively manage and monitor the community on weekends
Bonus Qualifications- Experience in fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with influencer or ambassador communities
- Basic understanding of social media growth strategies (TikTok, Instagram)
