Loopio is looking for an experienced Director, Product Management who can lead a key team within our product management practice. Reporting into the VP, Product Management, this leader will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle for a portion of our overall product, ensuring that we deliver innovative, delightful solutions to our customers, and meet our business objectives. We’re looking for a product leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, loves a mix of strategy and leadership work combined with deep hands on core product management work. This role will require close partnerships with cross-functional departments across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving AI-based product innovation, excellent leadership skills, and experience scaling B2B SaaS products, ideally in sales-tech.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Vision & Strategy: Lead with an inspiring vision, and develop a winning strategy and roadmap for our Library product team. Work backward from that vision to plan and deliver capabilities that will allow us to achieve it.
Product Delivery: Set challenging goals for your team and ensure the team is effectively using best practices to effectively deliver high impact outcomes.
Data-informed Decision Making: Define and leverage appropriate success metrics and data to continually evolve your strategy & roadmap, support decision-making, and measure customer impact.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of talented Product Managers and provide mentorship and support to create high performing individuals and teams.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with teams across the organization to create alignment and strong collaboration, building trust and transparency.
Customer Engagement: Meet regularly with customers and prospects, building confidence and enthusiasm for our product vision and roadmap and ensuring strong alignment with customer needs.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
10+ years of Product Management experience, with 5+ years of experience in a Product Management leadership role, directly managing other Product Managers operating in the empowered product model
Extensive experience building and growing customer-facing B2B SaaS products, ideally in sales-tech and the RFP/proposal space. Experience with the knowledge management space, and effectively solving content management, search, and enterprise collaboration and workflow problems is desired
Experience building products that leverage AI/ML that solve customer problems. You have experience building Agents and/or products that leverage LLMs, and you are passionate about the future of AI and leveraging its possibilities.
An entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset with a proven track record of delivering game-changing value to your customers.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Where You’ll Work
Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We are HQ’d in Canada, with established hub regions around the world where we hire from.
Our employees (or Loopers, as we call ourselves!) live and work in Canada (British Columbia and Ontario), London, and India (specifically in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Bengaluru).
The majority of our team is based in ON and BC, which means these employees live and work remotely within a 300km radius of Toronto (within Ontario) and Vancouver (Within BC).
We offer flexible co-working locations available to Loopers in ON and BC. Those based in ON have the option of working out of our convenient co-working space located in the heart of Downtown Toronto and a 12-minute walk from Union Station. BC Loopers have the option to work centrally in Vancouver. It is whatever works best for you!
You’ll collaborate with your teams virtually across the UK, India, and North America (we’re just a Zoom call and Slack message away!) with core sync hours and focus time for headsdown work during the workday
