Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning and budgeting for assigned divisions, ensuring alignment with corporate financial guidelines and policies
- Partner with division leaders to identify profit and operational improvement initiatives, driving business growth and profitability
- Provide monthly financial performance reports and coordinate with division leaders and Corporate Finance on cost control, strategic, and financial initiatives
- Lead the development of annual operating, capital, and headcount budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation
- Mentor and coach finance team members, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration
Requirements:
- 7+ years of finance or related leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree (MBA) or certification (CPA) preferred
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial and accounting concepts to non-financial audiences
