Director, Corporate Finance, Planning Cycles - Remote

Overview The Corporate Finance Director, Planning Cycles, will be a key member of the Beigene Corporate Finance team, responsible for leading the consolidation of Beigene’s Forecasting, Annual Operational Plan (AOP), and Long-Range Plan (LRP). In Short • Lead financial planning efforts including Forecasts, AOP, and LRP. • Establish and communicate the annual calendar for planning cycles. • Partner with the TM1/System team to manage systems throughout the planning cycles. • Present and propose plans to the CFO. • Consolidate final presentations with clear storytelling. • Oversee the consolidation of Revenue, COGS, OPEX, and cash flow. • Manage a small team in the Corporate Finance team. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis. • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry/biotech. • Advanced user of TM1, Excel, PowerPoint, and Think Cell. • People management experience required. • Excellent communication skills.
