Digital Transformation Advisory: Business Analysts

We are hiring experienced business analysts for our fast-growing digital health and technology strategy advisory practice. Ideal candidates will have experience in performing similar roles and understand healthcare workflows. Location: Remote Experience: 5 + years (5 – 7 years) Job Description: • Understanding and translating business requirements into functional specifications • Experience working in Agile software development – familiarity with tools like Jira, ADO • Creating requirement documents, gap analysis and defining scope • Writing Research articles, blogs and other thought leadership articles • Understanding of healthcare workflows • Knowledge of US Regulatory landscape Desired skills: • Knowledge of HL7, FHIR Interoperability is a plus • Familiarity with data sets: Clinical, Pharmacy and Claims and ability to comprehend them • Knowledge of additional tools like Power BI, Tableau is a plus Education: BTech, BE, MCA, Clinical background with necessary technical skills Apply tot his job
