As Gladia continues to grow and serve an expanding customer base, our infrastructure must evolve accordingly. We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to help develop and maintain our infrastructure while collaborating closely with our developers to enhance our processes. To complement our current team’s skill set, we are specifically looking for someone with strong expertise in Docker.
Role
Create and maintain Kubernetes hybrid clusters
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines
Maintain and optimize Docker images
Prepare deployments for production
Optimize infrastructure and tool scaling to keep costs low
Support developers throughout the DevOps process
Document technical procedures and policies
Experience
With at least 5+ years of experience working on a rapidly growing product, your work is well-crafted and well-tested for scalability
Strong experience with Docker
Proficiency with Kubernetes (knowledge with Kustomize is a plus)
Proficiency with CI/CD process (Github, test-driven development, etc.)
Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Go, etc.)
Experience with Docker image licencing & distribution
Knowledge of databases (PostrgreSQL, Patroni)
Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana Loki)
Strong experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems
Networking knowledge (DNS, OSI model, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS)
Fluency in French and English

What Gladia offers
The compensation offered is based on seniority and experience, and would typically range from €55K to €75K in base salary + BSPCEs
Full remote policy in France with team gathering in Paris every 1.5 months or work from our amazing offices & rooftop in Sentier, the heart of Paris
