Deposits Product Manager - Modern Banking Platform

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial services industry, specifically in the area of deposits products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the deposits product offerings. Identify market trends and customer needs to continuously enhance and innovate our deposits products. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our products remain competitive. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning and messaging. Manage the product lifecycle, including conducting regular product reviews and making recommendations for updates and improvements. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards for deposits products. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive product growth. Provide guidance and support to the sales team on product features and benefits. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement product training programs. Serve as the subject matter expert for deposits products, providing guidance and support to other teams as needed. Foster strong relationships with clients to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development. Prepare and present product updates and reports to senior management. Manage a team of product specialists and analysts, providing leadership and guidance to ensure product success.
