Deployment Project Manager (Contingent)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee the complete lifecycle of projects within a dynamic environment. This role involves managing project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in logistics or warehouse settings, and will be adept at driving process improvements while leading teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while collaborating with diverse teams across multiple locations. Responsibilities: • Manage complete project lifecycle from pre-deployment through closure • Coordinate with site stakeholders, suppliers, and 3PL execution teams • Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards • Maintain and track project progress using Asana • Oversee daily installation of all project actions • Lead weekly connects with the Global Ergonomics team • Host kick-off calls and check-ins with site and project stakeholders • Manage communication across multiple channels (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, Chime, email) • Coordinate with site operations teams for workspace preparation and scheduling • Maintain compliance of all site and OSHA standards, including but not limited to PPE and safety procedures • Oversee Avetta documentation and compliance • Oversee ‘Golden Station’ and/or prototype installation and approval process • Ensure proper decommissioning of old equipment • Manage equipment inventory and installation quality • Coordinate IT and peripheral equipment management Skills: • Strong stakeholder management skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Expert user of Asana and Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Qualifications: • 5+ years in a fast-paced, automated industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing environment • 3+ years in project management, preferably in logistics or warehouse environments • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience • 3+ years of driving process improvements in a supervisory role managing people • OSHA 10 certification This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
