They ensure shipments adhere to FedEx service requirements while offering customer support services. Responsibilities of Delivery Route Driver: • Responsibilities are fulfilled by driving a company vehicle and making sure that routine servicing and cleaning of vehicles are accomplished. • The dispatcher has the capability to adjust the stops on the courier's route as required, with route information being provided centrally. • Secure the timely and safe shipment of packages to customers in a designated city or region, as per predefined delivery schedules. • Safely load, unload, and transport packages from the delivery vehicle, ensuring they are handled properly to prevent any harm.
