We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to help move data from Google Spreadsheets into HubSpot. The role includes handling both clean and unorganized data and making sure everything is uploaded correctly. As a Data Entry Specialist, your main task is to manage data entry work with focus and care, making sure no information is missed. You will also check and fix data before uploading it into HubSpot. Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry from Google Sheets to HubSpot Clean, format, and organize spreadsheet data Match fields like name, email, phone, and company Remove duplicate entries and fix errors Review uploaded data to ensure everything is correct Requirements: Experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and HubSpot Strong attention to detail Ability to handle large data sets Bonus (Optional): Experience with CRM systems Basic knowledge of CSV file handling If you are a Data Entry Specialist with past experience in similar work, feel free to share your work samples or details.
