The role involves classifying clients, manipulating data into usable formats, and creating datasets for end users. There is also an opportunity to learn about dashboards and databases if the analyst shows interest and aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and process data from multiple internal and external sources
- Classify and segment client data based on defined criteria and business rules
- Clean, validate, and transform raw data into structured, usable formats
- Prepare datasets and reports for end users, ensuring clarity and accuracy
- Maintain organized data files and documentation for ongoing projects
- Identify inconsistencies or gaps in data
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Any experience with data tools (Power BI or Tableau, for example) is a plus
