Cyber Lead - Insurance Linked Securities

20Twenty Search is retained by a fast-growing ILS firm who are seeking to hire their first cyber specialist to drive business in this expanding area of interest to capital markets participants. Our client is pursuing to hire an experienced Cyber Underwriter or Broker who has some exposure to ILS or Reinsurance, although candidates with direct insurance will also be considered if they can demonstrate a deep interest in the ILS and capital markets field. The remit of the role will be to join an already high-successful ILS team who are originating business world-wide and build a multi-year pipeline of cyber opportunities with cedents and effectively communicate and structure these deals for capital markets players seeking to diversify their ILS investment portfolio. This is a market facing role requiring deep technical experience within the cyber market along with a candidate possessing strong communication and sales ability. This is a rare opportunity for an entrepreneurial candidate to join a well capitalised and growing business, providing access to the intersection of reinsurance, ILS and capital markets. This role will pay an excellent salary and bonus structure, along with equity participation.
