Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with your teammate to ensure 7-day-a-week coverage, including rotating weekends (approximately 2 weekends per month).
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on company news, updates, and policies.
- Utilize modern business tools such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze performance metrics.
