About the Role: Member Service Representative

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in Princeton, NJ. As a Member Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for blithequark, providing top-notch telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring an excellent experience for every caller, addressing a wide range of inquiries with empathy and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls from members and providers, addressing inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, and more.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
• Utilize high-speed internet connectivity via ethernet cable to ensure secure and efficient service.
• Leverage company-provided equipment and comprehensive training to excel in your role.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards, adhering to performance goals, attendance requirements, and call quality metrics.

Essential Qualifications:

• Reside within 50 miles of Princeton, NJ, and be available to commute to the office when necessary.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with members and providers.
• Demonstrate self-sufficiency and the ability to work independently from home.
• High school diploma or equivalent GED required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a remote call center environment.
• Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare, enhancing your ability to address complex inquiries.
