Custodian Worker (Part time) – Amazon Store

Part Time, Monday to Friday, 4:30pm to 8:30pm Position Overview: Under the direction of the Assistant Facility Supervisor, the Custodian is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the first floor and stairwells of the Bouchard Building, located at 329 Mast Road, Goffstown, NH. ensuring a clean and safe environment for all employees and visitors. General Responsibilities: The Custodian will be responsible for the cleaning of all administrative offices, conference rooms, hallways, elevator and the kitchen on the first floor. They will clean and disinfect all restroom sinks, toilets, handrails and plumbing fixtures and will be responsible for supplying restrooms with sanitary supplies (soap, tissues etc.). The custodian will vacuum all carpeted floors, sweep and mop all non-carpeted floors and buffs floors as required including stripping and waxing floors. The may assist in minor maintenance, such as adjusting furniture or other similar activities. Qualifications: · Duties require knowledge equivalent to some high school and at least one year of related experience. · Ability to follow directions (written and verbal). · Knowledge of stripping and waxing floors. · Ability to operate a buffer. · Ability to climb a 6 ft. ladder. · Ability to pass a background check.
