Tower Research Capital is a leading quantitative trading firm founded in 1998. The Coordinator, Human Resources will partner with HRBPs to manage various HR functions, support full lifecycle recruiting, and maintain candidate information while ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HRBPs to manage onboarding and offboarding, learning & development initiatives, employee relations, performance management, and the handling of year-end processes
- Support Recruiters with full lifecycle recruiting including creating and posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, gathering interviewer feedback, and creating offer letters
- Ensure timely communication throughout the interview process to deliver an outstanding experience to all candidates
- Provide administrative support on various HR and recruiting processes and initiatives
- Maintain candidate information in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and other internal trackers
- Establish effective working relationships with internal clients
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information
- Participate in On Campus Recruiting efforts, including posting roles, coordinating interviews, attending career fairs and information sessions and creating offers
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of recruiting and/or HR generalist experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
