About the Role
We're a consumer lending company operating across multiple markets in the Caribbean and Latin America. We run paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, driving traffic to landing pages for personal loan products. We're looking for a CRO specialist who can help us squeeze more out of our existing traffic — not just traffic volume, but qualified applicants who complete the funnel.
What You'll Do
- Audit our current Google Ads and Meta campaigns to identify misalignment between ad creative/copy and landing page messaging
- Analyze landing page performance data (heatmaps, session recordings, funnel drop-off) to identify conversion bottlenecks
- Develop and prioritize a testing roadmap (A/B and multivariate) based on data, not gut feel
- Recommend and, where applicable, implement changes to landing page layout, copy, CTAs, and form design
- Deliver a clear, prioritized report of findings with expected impact estimates
- Work iteratively — present quick wins alongside longer-horizon improvements
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in CRO for direct response campaigns — we want to see specific lift numbers from past engagements
- Strong command of Google Analytics / GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one A/B testing platform (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, etc.)
- Experience with heatmap/session tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar)
- Ability to interpret data independently and present clear, actionable recommendations — not just observations
- Experience in consumer lending, fintech, or other high-intent financial products is strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with international or emerging market audiences (a plus, not a dealbreaker)
Engagement Details
- This is a contract role, project-based to start with potential to extend
- Deliverables should include: audit report, testing roadmap, and implementation support
- We prefer candidates who can show portfolio examples or case studies — especially in regulated or financial products
To Apply
Please include:
- A brief summary of a CRO engagement where you measurably improved conversion rate — what was the baseline, what did you change, and what was the result?
- Your familiarity with consumer lending or financial services
- Your availability and rough hourly rate or project fee estimate
