Controller for high growth SaaS firm. • Remote; residents near Boston Area are preferred, but open to East Coast, Eastern Time Zone. • $160-200k plus bonus and equity. Job description/Duties: • Working closely with this elite team, oversee and drive the month-end/quarter-end close process with accuracy and precision • Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure accurate financial statements and proper record keeping • Manage bank accounts in currencies (US and EUR) and adhere to transfer pricing policies • Prepare and maintain monthly cashflow forecasts to effectively manage cash balances • Manage and lead audit, banking and tax relationships and drive annual audit / tax processes with advisors as well as payroll benefits globally. • Manage financial systems Qualifications: Requires all of the following: • 10+ yrs • Public / Private mix; CPA preferred • SaaS / Software / Rev Rec experience • International exp (US Dollar and EURO FX work) • Experience with transfer pricing, consolidations, FX, etc Apply here, but you can also alert John Bresnahan by connecting on LinkedIn.
