Responsibilities
- Representing clients before USCIS and various immigration courts and agencies
- Conducting legal research and writing detailed briefs
- Interviewing clients to collect information
- Preparing clients for court interviews
Skills
- Licensed attorney in any U.S. state
- Law school degree
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload on a contract basis
- Reliable communication and availability for client meetings and court deadlines
- Multi-lingual is a plus, but not required
