Keeping mind the candidate experience from prospecting, to interviews, through the offer stage, all the way up to on-boarding. • Attract candidates through creative sourcing methods including utilization of social media, internal and external databases, and building a vast referral network within industry organizations. • Recruit for challenging positions and become a trusted partner of the hiring managers you support • Qualify prospective candidates via resume review, phone screens and in-person interviews to assess skills and determine potential job matches. • Manage the communication process with candidate and efficiently document recruiting activity in our Applicant Tracking System. • Be able to own and drive processes independently, including looking for areas of opportunity to make improvements and change recruiting strategies based on data Qualifications: • Degree or equivalent work experience • 2-5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience • Relationship building skills with hiring managers at all levels and making quality hires • Confidence to jump in and move on open requisitions with a sense of urgency • Creative and innovative mindset and the ability to independently solve problem • Must be highly organized and detailed oriented with excellent time management capabilities. • Good judgment and the ability to uphold confidentiality • Passionate about recruiting and telling a compelling story • Use creative sourcing techniques beyond LinkedIn and can make strategic recommendations • Confident with in-person meetings and articulating status updates with key stakeholders • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Apply Job!
