We’re building a premium women’s wellness brand focused on helping women 40+ overcome pain during intimacy and reconnect with their bodies. This is not a typical “social media manager” role.
We’re looking for someone who can:
•Generate thoughtful, emotionally intelligent content ideas
• Write in a tone that is calm, human, and respectful (not loud or cringey)
• Create Instagram content (posts + reels concepts) that actually resonates
Our audience is high-functioning women aged 42–62. They are not looking for “sex-positive” marketing. They are looking for relief, dignity, and trust.
• Develop weekly content ideas (hooks, angles, themes)
• Write captions and short-form scripts
• Create or guide simple visual content (Reels, static posts, carousels)
• Work with us to refine messaging over time based on what performs
We are aiming for:
• ~3–5 posts per week
• Reels-first thinking
• You understand how to make someone stop scrolling
• You can write like a real human (not generic marketing language)
• You have experience creating content that connects emotionally
• Bonus if you’ve worked in:
o women’s health
o wellness
o psychology-driven content
