Content Quality Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Content Quality Analyst for a contract position where you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and improving the quality of AI-generated and community-driven content. Your work will help shape the future of AI-powered search by creating structured datasets, analyzing trends, and delivering insights that enhance user experiences. Responsibilities: • Execute accurate content labeling in alignment with established policy and guidelines. • Maintain the accuracy and thoroughness of community topic tagging and ratings. • Conduct quality assurance (QA) of Machine Learning outputs and create datasets for ML training. • Identify recurring patterns within datasets and document insights from labeling observations. • Assess the quality of AI-generated and community-driven responses for diverse query intents, languages, geographies, and cultural settings. • Perform side-by-side comparisons of answers to evaluate factors such as relevance, helpfulness, tone, accuracy, clarity, and audience appropriateness. • Define and document the attributes of a "good" answer versus one that "needs improvement," including detailed rationales. • Assist in refining content taxonomies and tagging systems to enhance search and answer functionality. • Experience in investigating, reviewing, or evaluating digital content. • Strong knowledge and passion for internet culture and trends. Bonus Points: • Proficiency in multiple languages. • Experience as a successful content creator or curator on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram. • Prior experience as an online community moderator.
