Content Designer - Netflix Games

We're seeking a highly skilled Content Designer to join our Netflix Games team, working closely with our engineers, product managers, and designers to create exceptional documentation and user experiences for our game developers. As a Content Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of gaming on Netflix, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that delight our users. Job Summary: Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for game developers, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and usability Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to create user-centered documentation and experiences Design and implement information architecture, voice and tone, style guides, and workflows for documentation Work closely with the Product Setup team to ensure seamless integration of platform features and documentation Drive improvements to existing documentation, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes Lead new Content Design projects from concept to delivery, working across the games documentation product area Communicate Content Design workflows and capabilities to stakeholders, driving discussion and implementation Present Content Design work to key partners, stakeholders, and other Content Designers and Writers for visibility and feedback Requirements: Proven experience in Content Design, technical writing, or a related field, with a focus on game development or similar industries Strong understanding of Content Strategy, UX Design, and Agile Development principles Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear, concise language Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and product managers Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Passion for games and game development, with a keen interest in helping game developers create exceptional user experiences What We Offer: Competitive salary: $20-30 per hour Opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in the gaming industry Collaborative and dynamic work environment Professional development and growth opportunities Flexible working hours and remote work options How to Apply: If you're a motivated and talented Content Designer looking to join a innovative team, please submit your application, including your resume, cover letter, and portfolio.
