Job Description:
• Work on complex client engagements with experienced dss+ Consultants, Managers, and Industry subject-matter experts; gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations.
• Analyze data, operational processes, and risks to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops, helping frame problems and explore solutions.
• Support risk management discussions and help structure frameworks for operational risk analysis.
• Track project progress, analyze KPIs, and support the delivery of key milestones.
• Use tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to analyze and visualize data.
• Learn and apply new analytical tools and technologies as part of your development.
Requirements:
• BA/BS in a business-related major or engineering.
• A self-starter, who is able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and team working attitude.
• High level of proficiency with PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Advanced Excel, Access, and ideally visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work on client sites as required.
• Some prior exposure to consulting and/or industrial operations environment.
