Commercial Loan Document Specialist-Dealer Floor Plan

About the position Responsibilities • Create Floorplan and Commercial documentation using HotDocs for Dealer Services. • Work with Credit Coordinators, Bankers, Underwriters, and Compliance to complete documentation requests. • Perform documentation preparation and review for existing customers and new prospects. • Review and analyze terms, conditions, and financial components in approval documentation. • Identify potential problems and offer solutions during the loan closing process. • Meet service level expectations and individual productivity goals. • Monitor and prioritize work queues effectively. • Adhere to published procedures and controls at all times. • Conduct procedure and policy reviews and revisions as needed. • Prepare materials and present group learning sessions to colleagues. Requirements • 1 year of experience in commercial loan documentation preparation. • Knowledge of risk management, collateral perfection, compliance, and controls. • Understanding of commercial loan terms and documents. • Proficient in Outlook, Windows, and Microsoft Office applications. • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize workload effectively. • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and team workload. • Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant, professional demeanor. • Customer service focused with excellent communication skills.
