Client Service Representative – Temporary Work Assignment The Client Service Representative at Reliant provides daily communication with clients and customers to foster positive relationships and resolve client concerns. While delivering exceptional customer service, the Client Service Representative is responsible for updating accounts as needed, including processing payments, making adjustments, and documenting account activity. This position is eligible for telework. This is a non-exempt position that reports directly to the Client Service Manager. This role is a temporary work assignment expected to continue through December 31, 2026.   Responsibilities   - Adhere to Reliant Capital Solutions Policy, Procedure, Code of Conduct, and Compliance Program - Communicate with clients via email and telephone to exchange information and resolve concerns - Maintain database of customer contracts. This will include but is not limited to: - Tracking authorizations and correspondence - Imaging documents into contract management software, maintaining an audit file for each contract including original documents - Preparing and disseminating information to appropriate employees regarding contract status - Maintain and record client account information in the database and spreadsheets; update contact and account information as necessary - Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate processing of payments and adjustments; notation of account updates and client communication for each call/transaction made - Process data to and from billing services and credit bureaus - Process client communication requests generated by collectors and managers - Process, attach, notate, and respond to correspondence received from borrowers - Maintain integrity of client and company at all times - Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement - Comply with the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) and other applicable state and federal laws and regulations - Any other responsibilities assigned by management   Requirements   - Must be able to successfully manage time, work independently and productively with minimal supervision - High School Diploma required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook - Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills - Ability to work in a team fostered environment - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work - Strong general math aptitude     EEO Statement   Reliant affords Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) to for all qualified individuals and does not discriminate against employees or applicants for employment on the basis of an individual’s actual or perceived race, creed, color, religion, alienage or national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, disability or handicap, sex, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, actual or perceived gender, genetic information, reproductive health decision-making or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
