Job Description: CPA / Senior Accountant Position: CPA / Senior Accountant Location: Braintree, MA Salary: $85K+ (Commensurate with Experience) About Us: We are a dynamic and growing public accounting firm seeking dedicated and experienced CPA's and CPA candidates to join our team. Our firm specializes in providing high-quality financial services to medium-sized business clients, focusing on financial statement audits, reviews, and tax preparation. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct financial statement audits and reviews for medium-sized business clients. • Prepare S corporation and partnership tax returns. • Perform minimal individual tax preparation as needed. • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and accounting principles. • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality services to clients. • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in tax laws. Must-Have Skills: • Proven experience in public accounting (2+ years preferred). • Strong expertise in business tax. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Qualifications: • Certified Public Accountant (CPA). • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
