Key Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound and inbound calls to solicit donations, promote charitable causes, and build relationships with donors.
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to persuade and inform call recipients about our charitable programs.
- Meet and exceed fundraising goals and performance metrics, leveraging a results-driven approach.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic call center environment, adapting to new challenges and feedback.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge about our charitable partners and programs.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of calls, donations, and interactions with donors and stakeholders.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field or previous call center experience preferred.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- A starting pay of $15 per hour for full-time positions, with a base of $13 per hour plus a $2 per hour bonus for working 40 hours.
- Performance bonus opportunities of up to $10-$12 per hour, with over $670,000 paid out in bonuses to our agents in 2023.
