Responsibilities
- Overseeing and supporting operations at Swiss Re Insurance-Linked Investment Advisor Corporation (SRILIAC)
- Working closely with business partners, administrators, custodians, and internal teams to ensure accurate execution of all fund operations
- Performing reconciliations
- Monitoring trades
- Supervising cash management
- Assisting with new fund launches
- Managing databases
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Enhancing business operations by introducing effective solutions
- Automating systems
- Streamlining workflows
- Keeping operational policies and procedures current
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with solid academic track record
- 1 - 3 years of capital markets industry experience with a background in Fund Middle Office or Fund Operations preferred
- Experience working in asset management, ILS, or investment banking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Python and SQL recommended
- Experience in analysing and interpreting large data sets
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and multi-task
