Business Development Representative (Sales)

Job Title: CRM Sales Representative (Insurance / Lead Generation Experience Required) Company: Little Giant Marketing Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Compensation: $50,000 Base + Commission (OTE $70,000–$80,000 Year 1) About Little Giant Little Giant Marketing helps Insurance Agents grow through our CRM. We help agents: • Buy the right leads • Work them the right way • Track what actually works • And use AI to know exactly what to do next We’re growing fast and looking for a hungry, competitive sales rep who wants to be part of that growth. The Role You’ll be responsible for: • Running inbound and outbound sales calls • Following up with leads and booking demos • Closing new accounts (insurance agents) • Helping onboard new clients after the sale • Managing your pipeline and hitting weekly targets This is a high-activity, high-reward role with clear expectations and strong upside.
